Thank you for being a valued client of Potentiate Fitness. I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you and continue to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Searching for solutions to enhance our offerings to current clients while putting a lot of effort into attracting new ones. I will have to start strictly enforcing a cancellation policy. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, it means I don’t have enough time to notify another client and replace the session. I would be grateful if you could fully support the below conditions. I hope this is fair, and please feel free to send me a message if you would like to discuss any of these points. My aim is to provide the best level of service possible to clients.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A confirmed session time will be agreed upon between client and trainer.
  • 24 hours of notice must be given to cancel a scheduled session.
  • If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 24-hour notice, you will be charged for the full session.
  • Cancelled and charged sessions must be paid for on the day of cancellation via Zelle.
  • There will be times when you will have genuine reasons for not attending sessions: it could be an accident, an illness, or a family emergency. In those instances, we can re-schedule (within a 7-day period) – I will try to my best to re-schedule at a time that suits your preference.
  • If you cannot re-schedule within the 7-day period, you will be charged for the missed session in full.
  • If you are going away (holiday, travelling with work, etc.), please aim to give me at least two weeks’ notice.
  • Inclement weather: Sessions continue outside unless weather is particularly bad or dangerous. You will be notified via text message approximately 30-60 minutes prior to the session only if the session can no longer go ahead outside. You will have the choice of doing a virtual session or reschedule within 7 days.
