Training sessions can be conducted in three locations:
- Your Home: Perfect for those who value privacy and convenience.
- Local Parks: Ideal for clients who love exercising outdoors.
- Partner Gyms: Access to two fully-equipped gyms for those who prefer a traditional workout environment.
What’s included in the free assessment session?
The free 45-minute to 1-hour assessment session includes:
- A review of your fitness history and goals.
- Basic movement and range-of-motion assessments (squat, lunge, push-ups, pull-ups).
- Evaluation of body mechanics, stamina, balance, and posture.
This session helps me design a program tailored to your needs.
Do I need my own equipment?
No. I bring all the necessary equipment to your location. Whether it’s weights, resistance bands, or specialized tools, you don’t need to worry about purchasing or storing gear.
