  • Park Meet-Ups: Need a change of scenery? Meet Michael at one of the beautiful local parks for an outdoor workout that will boost your energy and spirits.
  • Gym Access: For those who prefer a gym setting, Potentiate Fitness offers access to two different gyms. Michael will guide you through a session using the best equipment available, tailored to your needs
